My name is Corinne, or Cori for short. I grew up in rural Southeast Alaska where most of my childhood was spent running around our float camp with a snazzy lifejacket over my oversized rain gear and a 35mm film camera strapped around my neck. My sister and I planned elaborate photoshoots with hand-sewn gowns, floral crowns, and any other inspiration we could gather from our vhs BBC marathons. Fast forward through a move to Arizona, surviving public high school, wandering through different states and multiple colleges, to eventually picking up a camera again at age 22. It’s now been almost a decade of shooting weddings, and after one final move I’m once again living my dream life... running around Alaska and photographing beautiful things.

My photography style is a mix of fine art and photojournalism, focusing on capturing real moments as they naturally unfold. I step in where needed to make an image come to life or to help with posing, but other than that I’m usually unobtrusive while I shoot. By not forcing things and allowing the day to organically happen, I’m able to create images that are a true reflection of the two of you and your relationship, nothing fake or cheesy. I also understand how incredibly priceless photographs of friends and family can be as time goes on, and am always capturing candids throughout the day.

Whether we’re with 100 guests in a big venue or just us on a boat in Resurrection Bay, it’s always an honor to be trusted by couples with the memories from such a special day.
